• Account will be automatically disabled if not renewed within 1 billing cycle.
• Re-Activation Charges of 350.00/- (Taxes Extra) will be applicable for disabled account.
• JMDISPL reserves full rights to alter or make changes to plans without any prior notification.
• Refundable Security Deposit 1000.00/- (Within one year after one year no refundable )and Installation Charges (Non Refundable) 1112.00/- for all plans.
• Maximum possible speeds are as per mentioned in plans will be configured.
• Maximum feasible speeds is subject to our network capability in your area and also depends on network traffic.
• All equipment supplied by us shall remain our property at all times.
• No SLA is applicable, security deposit/cabling charges & GST  extra as applicable.
